Why did I get duplicate Authorizations' Most duplicate emails are caused by hitting the "submit" button twice. Sometimes if the network is slow to respond, or if you hit the "back" arrow during the process, you might receive duplicate emails titled "Authorization...". In most of these cases, Audiogon staff notices the duplication and subsequently cancels charges as necessary. Email us the above information and our staff will confirm the credit card status for you.
For maximum security, Online credit card payments are handled directly by the bank's computers. Thus, you will be entering your credit card info directly into the web server of our processing company, which is a completely separate and highly secure network.
Unfortunately, this level of security prevents Audiogon from making the process any easier to use. We appreciate your patience as the banking industry catches up to the internet.
