Services: Disputes
What qualifies as a Dispute?
How do I file a Dispute at Audiogon?
When do I file a Dispute at Audiogon?
You should give the other party three days to respond to your email(s) before filing a dispute. If you have not received an item in a timely fashion and the seller is not responding to your emails, attempt a telephone communication. If this is not successful, then file a dispute immediately.

If the item arrived but with a problem, then follow the three day rule. If the item arrived with a problem and the other party is responding but unwilling to resolve problem, email your specific resolution proposal to the other party, and allow the three days before filing with Audiogon.

If you have a dispute either as a buyer or seller and have foregone filing a dispute immediately, you have thirty days after the transaction in which to do so.
