|What qualifies as a Dispute?|
A dispute may arise out of non-resolved problems that involve transactions, feedbacks, or false advertising.
The item must have been listed at Audiogon.
Members must have agreed to a transaction, or completed a transaction.
The transaction must have a clear and identifiable problem for resolution.
The Members must attempt a resolution independent of Audiogon staff.
