What if someone leaves False feedback? If you disagree with feedback that is pending, follow the link contained in your feedback notification email and submit your disagreement with details regarding why you believe it is false.
If the feedback you believe is false has already posted to your account, Audiogon offers an online process for the resolution of disputes relating to transactions, feedback, or accuracy in advertising. This link provides detailed information about the process, and includes a form for your use in filing a Request. In turn, this process will prompt the other party for a Response to your dispute, and lastly it will accept a Rebuttal to the Respondants statements from you. Audiogon staff will then review the dispute and consider appropriate actions.
