Audiogon's auctions are similar to many of the other online auctions.

Sellers define an "Opening Bid", which the first bidder must start with.
Sellers may define a "Reserve Price", below which they may choose not to sell.
Bidders may define an "Auto Bid" or "Proxy" to let the computer bid for them.
Bidders are obligated to purchase an item if they "Win" an auction.

All Bidders must have registered a "Username" with Audiogon.
All Bidders must further submit a credit card for these particular auctions only.
All Bidders must pay in full immediately upon close of each auction they win.

Special conditions apply to these Charity Auctions:
All winning bids will have a "Bidder's Premium" added (5% of bid).
All defaulting bidders will be charged a "Penalty" (10% of bid).
Audiogon will be collecting all payments (as opposed to each seller).
