This is a virtually perfect Trade In of an Ansuz Acoustics renowned Mainz8 Power Distributor. This is the Original Mainz8 series at the "Diamond" level which was the highest level at the time. Contains Ansuz' proprietary power line noise reduction circuitry and 8 AC outlets. The current version of this is the D2 which retails for $11,600.00; you can have this next earlier version for less than 1/10th of the price.

Mainz8 distributors provide non-current limiting power distribution while utilizing Ansuz' unique noise reduction and star-ground system to lower incoming power-line noise to the point where you will experience exceptionally "black" backgrounds throughout your system. They do not soften the sound or limit current the way that many "power conditioners" do.
