Classe goes to
great lengths to achieve some of the simplest but effective circuit
design – all components are thoughtfully hand selected and even the
internal wiring is Cardas. In this case, the result is a superb
player that is rich in detail, tonal balance, and sound stage. This
package includes a pair of RCA outputs, and balanced pair of XLR
outputs, and a single AES/EBU digital output. Front panel controls
are kept to a minimum with a Standby, Load, Play/Pause, Previous,
Next, and Stop buttons. Unfortunately, the original remote control
was misplaced sometime in this player's life. The condition is quite
good – a clean front face and some superficial marks elsewhere on
the box but nothing to be worried about. Original box and manual
included.
