Beatifully built, this unit will last a lifetime. Absolute mint condition. Purchased new in November 2013 from an authorized dealer. Still under warranty. Superb CD/SACD playback with four filter settings in addition to No Filter setting, which is recommended by Esoteric. Can upsample to DSD and PCM (2x and 4x), as well as the original resolution playback with no upsampling. The smoothest disc transport operation I have ever seen. Plenty of digital inputs (including USB) for functionality as a superb DAC. Same DAC chip as that used in K-01 and K-03 (but fewer). Very nicely built, feels like it's carved from a solid chunk of aluminum. Pretty heavy unit. Complete with all original accessories and heavy duty packaging, ships double-boxed.
