The Emerald Physics is a small high quality 24.96k USB DAC. It is designed for audiophiles who want an inexpensive computer audio solution and don’t want to pay for headphone power amps that they do not need. We use a Sabre DAC for exceptional jitter reduction and run off the USB buss. We put the money into the units sonics. Cosmetics are exceptional for a product in this price range.
