We have a demo Hex that's only been used a couple of times. It has all possible inputs and a silver faceplate. It also has the new usb board and top transformers. It comes with the full warranty, and original box and manual. It is as new. We were building a new system and ordered a few more dacs just to try them out. We don't give anything a 10/10 that has been opened, hence the 9/10 rating. The HEX is one of our reference pieces, and a dac we rely on day in and out for tremendous sound. As close to vinyl as digits get.
