OBTAIN A LEGENDARY SPEAKER FOR A FRACTION OF THE COSTS My esteemed Avantgarde Trio system was damaged during international shipping. I have spoken with Avantgarde and sent them photos of the damage. They say that the speakers are reparable. Because my insurer reimbursed me in full for replacements, and I've limited experience with these matters, I am selling this as a project for someone else. 1) The horns are NOT damaged. 2) One of the two metal stands is bent. Will need to be replaced. 3) The feet are striped out of the two subwoofers. The holes can be filled, redrilled, and the feet remounted. 4) The amplifiers for the subwoofers are loose in the cabinet. These need to be remounted. 5) The rear casing for one of the midrange drivers is cracked open. The casing and the driver need to be replaced. 6) The casing for one of the woofer horns is scratched and the mounting hole is bent. The casing needs to be replaced.
