Daedalus Ulysses Speakers>Upgradable to V2

For sale are and excellent pair of Version 1 (with all poly cap upgrade) Daedalus Ulysses Speakers in cherry hardwood from the original buyer. 

I shipped these speakers to Lou and they are currently in his factory. I did this to create a truly first rate experience for the new owner. Lou will be freshening up the finish of these speaks,and offering the new owner the current V2 internal wiring upgrade. Grills and outriggers optional as well. This will ultimately be as close as one can get to buying a brand new pair of ( current spec)  Ulysses, with very little wait and savings of many thousands. Current price is $15,850.

The V2 Ulysses stepped up an already superb tower speaker. This room was hot hot HOT this year, always crowded. Dan and Lou are among my favorite people at the show and every year I enjoy seeing them. What else can I say about this setup? well, certainly the best I have heard from either vendor in any room past or present, best looking speakers still after all these years and there's a flavor to this room that you just don't get from any other manufacturer that is unique to Daedalus audio. Well done.

These speakers have to be seen to be believed, cherry hardwood, handmade with dovetail joinery, built by a true artisan. Unlike any speaker cabinet I've ever seen, they are heirloom quality. 

Soundwise, the Ulysses are truly chameleon like depending upon your tastes. Whether you want to be intoxicated with 20 class A watts of SET power, or rock out with 500 watts of solid state, these speakers will handle it with aplomb.    

Conservatively rating a 7 but should be closer to a 9 after factory refresh. Pics to follow after factory refresh.
