There are lots of places you can go to get impressions of these speakers but you will never know until you've had them in your home. This pair is in good shape for their age but too large for me to keep as our family grows. All drivers work and the binding posts have been professionally upgraded from pin connectors (will try to locate originals).

I have used these for a few years and they are my reference. I compared them to Kef LS50's Bowers and Wilkins PM1's, CM5's, and 805D's. They also compared favorably to the ATC SCM40. Very neutral but with the added benefit of being able to adjust the response of the tweeter and midrange. Amazing speakers that would cost tens of thousands of dollars if made today.

Please bear in mind that there is a 16 photo limit. I tried to show all of the major dings and scrapes but had to narrow it down. These speakers present really well and I never noticed their dents and scrapes after I got them positioned. They exhibit more of the orange and brown color than other examples which appear mostly brown. This aspect alone makes them look really rich and this type of wood is becoming difficult to attain legally now. I've had guest sit and stare at the wood as if the speakers are art--to say nothing of the clean and full sound.

The stands in the photo are not included but the manufacturer now sells them on eBay.
The original grilles are included but I have never unpacked them completely form when I bought these speakers. The one I have unpacked is very dusty and needs cleaning, some reshaping, and possibly new fabric. The one grille I've inspected does fit on the speaker well.
