The price for these cables is less than the retail price of materials used to create them. The RCA plugs go for $400 and the signal wire is over $200. These cables are a touch on the bright side vs standard D3s.
The
D3 IC cables are the most neutral and accurate ic cables possible for
the price, but they are not harsh whatsoever, ZenWave products will not
cause listening fatigue, this is a top design priority. The D3 errs on
the side of slight warmth, as you go up the line the
cables will get more neutral and resolving. With ZenWave the more you
pay the less the cables do. :)
