Near total transparency to the source is possible with low capacitance cables in and out of this unit. I suggest 1 to 1.5 meters for best results. Used in this manner three cartridges can be accommodated into a single input phono stage.
RCA jacks are Furutech FP-901(R) and solder is Oyaide high-silver / no-lead. Built for phono-level use, will also work perfectly with line-level signals. Can be 3-IN to 1-OUT or reversed to 1-IN to 3-OUT.
This cost-no-object unit was built for a client of mine that in the final analysis decided to run a single cartridge thru his perfectionist one input phono stage negating the need for the bespoke unit.
The unit has bulit in RevOPod mini feet and all parts were chosen for total transparency to the source. Additinally it is built to last. Even the custom made faceplate was engraved and then back fiilled with white epoxy paint.
No active device will be as transparent to the source or do less harm to a delicate phono cartridge signal.

| Hi, what brand and model of the rotary switch? Swiss-made ELMA 04-2264 - 2 decks with 2-pole / 6-positions per deck. The 2 decks are wired in parallel to reduce the contact resistance as much as possible, and all wiring is high-purity silver. |
