This is nice a pair of Rega Ela (MkIII) floor standing monitors in very good condition.
The speakers are functionally excellent, and sound great. There are blemishes on the cabinets from shipment, but from normal distance they look nice. As you can see in the pictures I have felt pads on the bottom for placement on hardwood floors, but the carpet spikes are also included. As can also be seen, I have installed Romex jumpers between the biwire terminals, but I believe I have the original jumpers somewhere around here (just have to find them). The original jumpers are poor, which is why I am using Romex.
The original boxes are well worn, so I will encase them in an additional box.
For this money, you won't likely find a better compact floor stander anywhere.

| How tall ? Are they ported or no? hi, they are 35" tall without the spikes installed. They use a 1/2 wave transmission line enclosure, which is ported on the top, but there is not much energy coming from the port as you may have with a normal ported system.
