Superb preamp, competitive with top preamps like Wyetech Ruby (which uses the same 5687 tube) at a fraction of price. This model replaced my Allnic L3000 handily offering more engagement with the music.
Solid bass rendering and quiet due to low output impedance offered by Triple-C core output transformers. Also includes optional Khozmo Acoustics 48-step attenuator.
This was purchased directly from Audio Note, built up by them, in November 2013.
