An excellent all-in-one integrated amp with tube preamp and
transistor power amplification, combining CD player, tuner, iPod dock and power
amplifier into one unit "making it truly the only electronic component many folks will
need for a stereo sound system in the modern manner". Just add speakers
and start listening!!

I have personally used this unit (1) as an
integrated system, (2) as a preamp with my tube mono-block Sophia electrics, (3)
as a CD player with separated SS pre/power amps (4) as a DAC to convert digital
signal from my Pinoeer CD player and (5) as a ipod docking station to listen to
my digital music. It is by far the most versatile audio unit you will ever own!
The sound quality is quite nice as a starter system. 60WPC power amp punches
above its weight class and price point, but in my opinion I got a far more
beautiful sound when I paired it up as a preamp with my Sophia Electrics.

PLEASE NOTE: The manual volume knob increases volume when you try to decrease most of the time, BUT volume
control works just fine using the remote. Everything else functions exactly as
it should.

Original box included. The remote is solid and well made. It used to
have a cheap looking rubber lower lining which I disliked so I shaved it off
and now it is a hefty all aluminum control (you will see some marks from
removing the rubber lining).

If you are thinking about getting into high fidelity audio or to
complement your stages with a great CD/Pre-amp/DAC, you can’t go wrong at this
price point.
