This is a marvelous preamp. There aren’t many reviews on these but the ones you’ll find on the internet are glowing. This unit is in great shape sonically and visually. Great imaging and soundstage are just some of the wonderful attributes of this preamp. Everything works. When selecting a source using the knob on the front of the unit it is a little twitchy but still functions. The remote control works without any hiccups and functions just as it should. Although in the video I didn’t use the phono section of this preamp it works great… at least in the MM mode. I didn’t check the MC option as I don’t have a MC cartridge but I have no reason to believe there is a problem with it. You will notice in the photographs that there is what looks like glue or adhesive on some of the sockets and other places on the main board. I have no idea if this is stock. Because I have never seen this on other units I thought it should be disclosed. Again it functions great the way it is!
