SOTA Star Series III with updates

For Sale:  SOTA Star
Series III Turntable with updates.  This
table is in lovely condition and sounds fantastic, so good that I decided to
buy a new Nova V.  Price includes a
Sumiko FT-3k tone arm with an old-style metal arm board.  

Table is in excellent condition with the springs, surround,
platter mat, and platter vacuum lip all replaced since 2011 (see below).  The power supply/vacuum makes some noise as is
typical with the MkI – MkIII units. 
Noise is not terribly loud, inaudible with music on, but can be heard in
a quiet room.  Arm is also in excellent
condition although the head-shell leads and phono-interface-box (PIB) wires are
on the brittle side, although still functional. 
If you don’t want the arm and arm board, please subtract $150 from the
asking price and be aware that you will need to purchase your own arm board
from SOTA.

My history with the table:

-Purchased from original owner in 2011.  Before the original owner put the table up
for sale, he sent the table to SOTA for a check-up, tune, and platter mat and
lip replacement.

-Later in 2011, I replaced the surround and springs with new
stock from SOTA.  Surround is American walnut
and is near-mint condition.

-Ran the table up until early 2015.  Replaced with a new NOVA V.

I have all the original packaging for shipment and know how
to pack the table.  Also included with
the table are SOTA’s Reflex clamp and the manual.
