Musical Surroundings Fozgometer AZIMUTH RANGE METER LIKE NEW

It is in new condition in the original box with the battery, instructions, etc.  I bought it and never used it.

Michael Fremer defines Azimuth as the perpendicularity of the cantilever to the record surface (Axial tilt).   If manufacturers mounted the tonearm perfectly, and inserted the stylus perfectly in the cantilever, and positioned their cantilevers perfectly in the cartridge body, this wouldn't be an issue.  However, things are not always what they should be and so azimuth should be checked and adjusted.

The Fozgometer represents a breakthrough for adjusting azimuth.  The Fozgometer is a small portable better powered unit used in conjunction with a test record such as the HiFi News Test LP, or the Analog Productions Ultimate Analog Test LP.  It measures channel separation, channel balance, and signal direction quickly and accurately.  Michael Fremer wrote "I found the Fozgometer well made, really easy to use, and accurate.  The Fozgometer gets my highest recommendation."

Azimuth adjustment can affect channel balance, and thus soundstage, imaging and other important sonic parameters.  Why risk having the azimuth skewed when the Fozgometer makes it so easy to get it right.  Just connect the tonearm output interconnects to the Fozgometer and adjust the azimuth until the outputs of both channels are equal.  This is simple, to the point, and well worth the price of admission.  Battery and instructions are included.
