MIT Limited Lifetime Warranty
Manufacturer warrants that MIT Interfaces shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the MIT product, with the original purchaser. Your dealer will obtain a return authorization number for any defective product and send it to MIT. Manufacturer will, at Manufacturer’s option and upon return of product, replace or repair, without additional charge, any product that does not comply with this warranty.
Manufacturer makes no warranty, express or implied, other than that stated above. Manufacturer’s liability for any loss or claim, including a claim for breach of the warranty of merchantability or any other warranty, including this limited warranty, shall be limited solely and exclusively to replacement or repair of a defective product, at the election of the Manufacturer and upon return of the defective product to Manufacturer. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any other damage, including special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.
Warranty does not include malfunction caused by accident, misuse, contact with solvent chemicals, or contact with other audio/visual equipment. This warranty shall be voided in the event the Purchaser alters or tampers with the product in any way or uses the product for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
MIT products are manufactured and sold exclusively by CVTL, Inc.
