For sale is a superb vintage Sherwood S7700 tube receiver. This Sherwood has been professionally restored using vintage, period correct parts and it sounds great. No hum or other noise or issues with this one. Everything works. FM radio is wonderful and the phono section works well. This comes with both a wooden Sherwood case in what looks like walnut veneer to me, as well as the more common metal/leatherette case.
I bought this locally from a gentleman on Craigslist who sells vintage tube gear. His "tech" did the work on the Sherwood. Below are links that seller used to demo the amp and show off the workshop.

This is a very rare unit in great shape and running well. The faceplate is in very good shape overall but is not perfect. Paint is wiped clean in a small area near the tuner from years of dialing. I wont bother to nitpick it, this is 6/10 due to age etc. Its 55 years old! I will pack exceedingly well, but local pickup is always welcomed. Thanks for looking, questions welcomed.
