SME 20/3A Turntable

I bought this turntable in November 2014 from a fellow Audiogoner who bought it new in April 2014. He claimed he put it in his rack but never used it. After I received it I would have to say he was right. There was an abrasion on the top of the platter that could have happened in transit but it seemed to be cosmetic only so I wasn't concerned. Besides, it was hidden by a platter mat or LP. I rated it 8/10 to be conservative.

I have used it sparingly in the time I've had it which is the reason for the sale. I've downgraded to something a lot more modest to play the occasional LP when nostalgia strikes. I'm hoping to use the extra funds to upgrade my digital side. The sale includes the turntable and SME V tonearm only. THE CARTRIDGE IS NOT INCLUDED. I was having trouble taking pictures so I included a picture from the previous owner. My pictures are the ones on the wooden rack.

The turntable will ship in the original box and packing materials along with the manual and setup accessories. The tonearm will be removed and packed in its own box with the turntable. I took some extra pictures showing the packed TT. There is also a clear acrylic lid that fits this turntable that's included. It would ship separately.
