Antique Sound Labs Hurricane DT Mono Blocks

(ONE MONOBLOCK HAS AN ISSUE THAT PREVENTS AMPLIFICATION). All tubes work, about 50% of the KT88's are new and have less than 5 hours on them. As mentioned above, one monoblock works just as its supposed to, the other one turns on and the tubes light up, but for some reason the amp doesn't finish the start up process so no sound is amplified. A tech from a shop called "Hi on Fi" in Syracuse NY has worked on it to no avail, a local tech has also tried his hands at it. On the malfunctioning amp, the row of 3 6sn7's do not fire up, although the tubes work in the other amp. The work was done a while ago so memory may fail me on what was done to attempt the repair but if your interested, contact me and i'll try to relay as much info as possible to you. Original Boxes are included although they are no longer in perfect condition after several moves
