As you know, this must be one the best Redbook CD players on the planet, nothing that's ever been made before or after comes close to the performance of this CD player. This CD player has never had issues and performs perfectly every time. It has the special edition upgrades "Charles Scholz of the upgrade company". On the backside of the CD/777 player you'll find the famed "upgrade company" silver and blue "SE" sticker, as well as the upgrade Company's issued serialized "signature edition certificate". The upgrade to the CD/777 player is astonishing. Please read the reviews. The mid range, vocals, are so much better than the stock player. It should be noted, that the bass response is superior vs. the stock player. The CD player is absolutely stunning. The soundstage is perfect. In addition to amazing midrange every instrument sounds natural like it would at a live performance. This will be your last CD player.
