Well Tempered Lab Amadeus MK1
This is a newer MK1 as it has the rubber bottom feet and improved platter mat as opposed to the early models that came with a separate base and the air cushion platter mat.
Factory box will include the Well Tempered Labs owner's manual, hex wrench, all factory packaging, two tied thread belts, extra silicone for tonearm and will include extra line for the drive and Well Tempered Labs digital stylus pressure gauge . Only items missing from new are the tiny tonearm cartridge bolt-on J-shaped finger lift that most people including myself never used and the cardboard strobe disc.
All the amazingly designed turntables from Well Tempered are designed to get every bit of detail from the grooves of your favorite vinyl. Rating it conservatively 8/10 but I do believe it to be in excellent shape and as you can see it even still has the mirrored name plate cover film in place.
Absolute Sound on the Amadeus :
"As high-end turntables go, the Amadeus is inexpensive. And it offers so much of the optimum performance possible at any price that one can only think of it as a wild bargain. In fact, there are important aspects of performance that I think would be hard to equal elsewhere and perhaps impossible to exceed. Certainly no tonearm has a quieter bearing than pure damping, for example. And the quiet of the platter bearing is also essentially total. One could spend a lot more money, but I would listen carefully to the Amadeus first. It is something exceeding fine, far beyond its modest price"
