Purist Audio Design Component Video Cable with Ferox. BNC. 9'10". Treated with Furutech Nano-Liquid

Up for sale is a set of component video cables with Ferox and bnc connectors from Purist Audio Design at a length of 9'10" (perhaps 10' even but they are difficult to measure properly).

-The cable bodies have been newly
treated first with Endust Electronics anti-static cleaner conditioner
then Nordost Eco 3x anti-static treatment for extra
anti-static protection.

-The bnc connectors (both inside and out)
have been treated first with Furutech Nano-Liquid, then pure Stabilant
22 gel concentrate, then De-Oxit Pro Gold 100% solution (the usual
solution is only 15%), then another layer of Furutech Nano-Liquid. This
treatment FAR exceeds using any one of the three alone. I have tested
cables (both hdmi and component video as well as stereo audio) with these
three treatments alone, then the layered treatment, and the layered
treatment made it look like it was a far more expensive tv and the audio had more body and a greater sound stage.

These are the top of the line video cables from purist Audio design and have not been made by them in years, and so are quite rare. The following are

I e-mailed Pusrist Audio Design about what the composition of the alloy in the conductors was and they mentioned it was silver+copper+gold.
I'd assume gold was for the coating on the bnc terminations to prevent
tarnish and that the pin would count as part of the conductor, but it may also be in the actual conductor wire. Perhaps some strands are silver some copper and some gold, or each wire contains all three, I do not know.


The cables can be used for component or rgb video, composite video (using one cable) or stereo audio (using two cables). I have used
them for both component video as well as stero audio, and they work great for
both, very clean and spacious sound, three dimensional video with
excellent colors and brightness). You will need a 75 ohm bnc female to
rca male adapter if you wish to use them for rca video or audio
applications.

These are large, heavy cables, but are quite flexible for their size.
