Just spoke to PS Audio. Warranty is transferable and will run for 1 year. The amp has been upgraded from version A1 to A8 and since a part on the outboard board had failed they replaced both boards to make them current version.
Amp is on it's way back from PS Audio, fully checked out and boxed nicely in factory packaging. All updates have been made by the factory to bring amp up to current production status. Upgrades throughout, all fuses either Synergistic or Hi-fi Tuning, Tungsram PCC 88 tubes (Bascom King recommended) at a cost near $500.
Only stock photo shown because amp is in transit. I prefer not to re-open it because PS Audio securely boxed it for shipping. Pick-up is best but it can be shipped at a cost of $200 (CONUS ONLY). Shipping weight is 90 lbs so I can only imagine what it would cost to ship internationally. At or near my price I'll eat the Paypal fees. It's a great amp and worked really well with my Wilson Duettes, I'm just going in a different direction.
