Theta Digital Miles cd dac

i had this great cd dac serviced by a military trained 40 years in tech field. he tested every cap res hundreds of them and found 3 bad caps in power supply and one in output section. those were replaced and the player works perfectly now. why buy a piece that was not serviced and have to repair it later if you even can find a qualified tech. the quality of this piece is amazing, it is in excellent  cosmetic condition. has no signs of wear, very quiet drawer. I  have a remote which is needed to increase volume on analog  output which can be directly connected to an amp. I ordered a harmony remote which will be able to work. also it has a digital output which goes to a external dac. A volume control is a very useful option not found on most cd players I received harmony remote today. I programmed it to work output plus or minus which is volume from cd player. it sounds fabulous when bypassing preamp.
