Velodyne DF-661

Very rare opportunity to own a pair of Velodyne DF-661 speakers. It is even rarer to have them with the corresponding center speaker. These are exquisite three-way speakers. DF stands for 'distortion free', and 661 designates a 6-inch woofer, a 6-inch midrange driver, and a 1-inch tweeter. Because their distortion is so low, these speakers offer outstanding clarity and detail, making them a great front-end for home theater applications or for distortion-free music listening. These speakers are bi-amp ready and they are built like a tank. They simply sound fantastic. They each weigh 40 lbs in a relatively small cabinet. I got them five years ago from the original owner and they are in great condition. Cosmetically I would rate them 9 out of 10 with only minor flaws. The original price with the center speaker was at least $3,000.00.
