Rega P3 WITH Dynavector 20X2L cartridge and upgrades

I'm selling my Rega Planar 3 (2016 edition), with its original box, that I purchased in September of 2016 from In Living Stereo. This is a local pickup only sale.
It comes with an installed Groovetracer Reference Subplatter purchased in July of 2017, an incredible upgrade for this turntable. It significantly lowers the noise floor and offeres improved pitch stability. I have its original box as well. I also have the stock subplatter stored in it, should you ever decide to sell the turntable but don't want to part with the Groovetracer. Also included is the Rega TTPSU which offers pushbutton speed changes between 33 1/3 rpm and 45 rpm. A very very nice upgrade for the turntable. Otherwise youre left lifting the platter up and physically moving the belt on the pully, which subjects the belt to oils from your fingers and premature stretching. Purchased it from In Living Stereo as well. It also comes with the Rega upgraded white belt which is far superior to the stock black belt that comes with it. I do still have the stock belt to offer with it. Lastly, I'm including the Dynavector 20X2L low output moving coil cartridge which I purchased in late May of 2017.  Installed by Steve C. at In Living Stereo. There are approximately 650 hours of play time logged on this cartridge so there is plenty of life left on it. My vinyl collection is very clean and new vinyl for the most part also. I'm diligent about cleaning my vinyl with the carbon fiber brush before every play. I also have the original box for the cartridge.  Here is a price breakdown for all of this equipment WITHOUT THE TAX I had to pay:
