JOULE ELECTRA LA-150 (MK1) LINE STAGE PREAMP WITH REMOTE AND MANY SPARE TUBES - USED - $1,450 plus shipping.

This early 2001 LA-150 Line stage preamp that is in very good condition. This preamp uses the early LA-150MK1 line stage configuration with two 6C45 and one 6H30 tube in the line stage. Like all other Joule-Electra preamps of this era, the power supply uses two 6EM7 and two OA2 tubes. Its all original and in really good condition for its age. Though not as sought after as the later MKII (6350 tube based) line stages, this is still a smooth and natural sounding preamp (a bit more like the LA100MKIII with a bit more detail and dynamics than the LA150MKII). It is in perfect working order. I have gone through and tested all tubes, and give the preamp a full checkup (and bias of the line stage) to ensure it is working to Joule-Electra factory specs. It comes with a number of spare tubes (a couple each 6EM7, OA2, 6C45, and 6H30), remote control and a short Pangea power cord! I do not have the factory box, but we do have a good safe box to ship this preamp in. A terrific preamp  for someone looking for natural/smooth sounding preamp with good sound-stage and imaging.
