This is one seriously wonderful preamp. Incredibly whole sounding and organic, made even better by a pair of NOS Telefunken West Germany tubes (ECC82s and ECC83). The tubes alone are worth somewhere between $400-$800. Rated 8/10 in an abundance of caution, but I can't find a mark on it. Incredible build quality, entire structure is made from a solid block of aluminum. There is NOTHING you can buy at this price that compares. My price includes PayPal and shipping in ConUS.
