Dynaco Stereo ST-70 Will Vincent Custom Build

This is a Will Vincent custom hand built Classic Dynaco ST-70 Pull Stereo Tube Amplifier; it is in excellent working condition and excellent cosmetic condition.

Will Vincent is a highly respected custom tube amp builder and he is known to build some of the best sounding Dynaco 70 Stereo Amplifier. You can research his amps and work on various audio forums and find various testimonials from happy customers.

This is a very special Dynaco 70 designed in a silver and white color scheme that Will dubbed his "iPod" design. The amp is in excellent condition cosmetically and retains the mildly industrial look of a stock '70 but has 21st-Century amenities. It works perfectly. You're in for a treat if you've never seen or heard his amp builds. Take one look and you'll see that modernizing classic tube amps is a labour of love for him.

It is biased to allow the use several different ouput tubes, including EL34/6CA7 (of course), KT77, 6L6, KT66, and 5881; PLUS different rectifiers as well: GZ34/5AR4, 5V4, and 5R4. The amp will come tubed with a matched quad set of EL-34 Valve Art output tubes.

Except for the original cloth leaded output transformers and power transformer this ST-70 has all new components. This amplifier has been completely refinished with a space-age heat-treated powder-coat finish. The front panel is a custom designed machined aluminum panel. This amplifier comes with a new computer grade printed circuit board and all new high grade high quality components.( Note that the circuit is the original design. Only the components have been upgraded to ensure long term reliability and improved sonics). It has gold plated RCAs on the rear plus gold plated military grade 5-way binding posts. This Dyna ST 70 has ceramic tube sockets all new Allen-head fastening screws and a computer grade IEC AC connector. It maintains a flawless operation with unfluctuating bias and stable power supply. Note that the input connectors have been moved to the back of the chassis (where they belong).

Besides the technical stuff, I do know this amp sounds amazing on my all my speakers and looks incredible too. The great classic tube sound quality of the Dynaco ST 70 has been proven for over 50 years. You'll be blown away by the look build and performance of this amp.

This amp is being sold as a "plug and play" meaning with full tube compliment, power cord etc. so that you can get it, install the tubes, plug it in, connect your input and speakers and rock.
