| Actually, at least one retailer offers a stand for the MKII. If you go to the Cable Company, which sells the Ascona MKII, it offers a stand option. Also, the tonearm you are selling is listed brand new at the Cable Company for $18,999, not $23,500. I'm not sure about US pricing, as I'm Europe based. But even if the arm is 19k, not $23k, I have still listed it for half of the US retail. I have emailed the distributor re. the stand and he told me the stand was ONLY avaliable with Ascona mk 1. There is no mention of stand on the Acoustic Signature website either, so I'm not sure what Cable Co is selling. | The add at the top says 450 pounds. Was that a typo? I take it that this does not include the stand. There is no stand for Ascona mk II. There is no such a product. Acoustic Signature once offered one for the Ascona mk 1 (only). |
