Classe CT-SSP (identical to SSP-800) with newer HDMI 1.4a (not old HDMI 1.3)

I am selling my beloved Classe CT-SSP flagship preamp-processor that retailed for about $9500.  The CT-SSP is identical to the SSP-800, but whereas the SSP-800 cannot be rack mounted, the CT-SSP can be used in either a rackmount setup or sit on a shelf.  My CT-SSP is more recent than most CT-SSP as mine has HDMI 1.4a, not the old HDMI 1.3.  The preamp can handle 10 channels/speakers, but is also an audiophile quality 2-channel system.

My preamp is in very good condition and works well.  The display is bright and clear. It comes with the Classe remote, a heavy metal remote that is in excellent condition with no dents or corrosion.  The preamp has a touchscreen but the touchscreen is not necessary (I rarely used it) because all of the buttons can be controlled far more conveniently by the remote (so you don't have to walk to the preamp).  The preamp already has the latest Classe software.  
The preamp can handle 10 speakers (front left, front right, subwoofer, center, rear left, rear right, surround left, surround right, aux 1, aux 2) and allows both balanced XLR and RCA connections to the 10 channels.  It has 5 HDMI inputs, 2 HDMI outputs, balanced XLR inputs/outputs, RCA inputs and outputs, component video inputs and outputs, digital coax inputs/outputs, optical inputs/outputs, 12v triggers and many other features.
