Yamamoto Soundcraft A-08 DHT SET 45 amp

UPDATE: Several interested buyers asked for additional pictures and confirmation that it works (since I hadn't opened the box) so I installed it and can confirm it works. However, I'm now reminded how much I like this amp and am now having second thoughts about selling. I'll let the listing stay until it expires while I decide. I'm keeping a waitlist of interested buyers (already at 5 as of May 12) in case I do sell, so feel free to ask, if interested.

I bought this amp last year as a backup and never unboxed it. I've previously owned both the A-08 and A-08s versions and preferred the former, which is why I bought it again when it was listed July 2017. For whatever reason, the newer "S" version lost a little bit of the 45 magic. The pictures are from the previous owner's listing. If you prefer that I unseal the box and take additional pictures, then please ask.

Qty. 2 RCA Radiotron 45 globe tubes (note that the internal elements in these tubes are slightly different)

In my experience, speakers at or above 91db worked pretty well (depending on room size, how loudly you listen, and whether or not you use an active preamp) with this amp, so you don't need to have extremely sensitive horn speakers. Of course, your mileage may vary.
