These speakers are brand new in box but are rated a 10/10 for functionality as these are new. 8/10 Cosmetically for a few scratches in shipping affecting one side of one of the speakers (See Pictures). For which I am discounting these speakers at over 50% off. I will personally deliver within 500 miles of Salt Lake City, UT to ensure safe delivery.
