I am selling my Cary Audio SLP-03 preamplifier and a few other items to help fund an expensive preamplifier upgrade. I purchased this unit here from a fellow member on August 17th, 2013 as a brand new "A" stock item. I replaced the mediocre stock 12AU7 tubes with a quad of outstanding NOS 1956 Philco Lansdale 6189/12AU7WA tall black plate foil bar "D" getter tubes at a cost of $160.00 I may have another quad of these available should anyone be interested. It was placed in my rack and never moved other than to upgrade the tubes. The SLP-03 will ship in it's original carton including the owners manual and two remote controls. One remote is full function while the other is just volume and mute. The retail price includes the difference in cost between the stock tubes and the NOS 1956 Philco tubes. The quoted cost of postage is based on coast to coast transit. If you live in NY, NJ, PA etc. it will cost less and you will receive an immediate partial refund.
