This is my Aragon 24K amplifier from a dearly loved system of which I am the second owner. It was purchased new at Take 5 Audio in New Haven Ct. around 1990 and has been driving a pair of Magnepan MGiiias with absolutely zero need for repair etc, according to the first owner from whom I bought the entire system about 6 years ago. Since then it is still trouble free - it is functionally perfect in my opinion. There are a few tiny scratches in the chassis paint which really are not visible from normal viewing distances. It is built like a tank so shipping is not inexpensive. Pickup would be preferred to save money and I will drive to meet you halfway within reasonable driving distance, otherwise I need to charge for the shipping. I hope you love this pre-amp as much as I have and please consider pairing it with my matching pair of Aragon 2004 amps, listed separately!!

| I see a phono input. Does it have an internal phono preamp? MM, MC or both? Yes it does. It is powering my Denon Turntable right now with an Ortofon 2M Red moving magnet cartridge. If you want to run a MC there is an internal switch that you flip by removing the external shroud and flip to MC. |
