I have for your consideration a pair of gorgeous, perfect condition KEF Reference One Monitors, with all accessories, boxes and their matching stands. Rated 9/10 purely for their age, the speakers are flawless.
These speakers are the best sounding bookshelves I've ever heard. The highs are very revealing, due to the famous Uni-Q driver. And the lows rival many floorstanders. If you're only using these for music, you can definitely forego the sub. I would even say for non-critical movie watching you can probably also forego the sub.
