Denon DA-S1 & DP-S1 - Denon’s commemorative units to celebrate their 80th anniversary. Only 55 sets were made for the entire world!! They are build like the proverbial tank! Each weigh around 30 lbs and the bodies are cast! The transport is state of the art even today while the DAC is excellent on Redbook with frequency response from 2 HZ to over 20K.
The units are in fine shape both cosmetically and functionally. They come with all original equipment from owner’s manual to factory boxes that are like new and wooden cases holding the remote and center disc weight. They have Toslink, AES/EBU, BNC, and Optical ST connectors.
