Rega Jupiter 2000 CD Player / Transport

This is a Rega Jupiter CD player in perfect working condition and excellent cosmetic condition. A copy of the owners' manual is included but no remote control.

The Rega Jupiter CD player was situated just below the higher-end Rega Saturn CD player and incorporates many of the same design features. It has dual Wolfson 24 bit DACs and a hefty power supply (the Jupiter is pretty heavy for a CD player). This was manufactured in England, UK, with an original cost of $1,995.

The Jupiter had better dyanamics and a sense of scale than both the Rega Planet and Rega Apollo model CD players, more closely approaching what I hear at live performances. It has excellent imaging and overall analog like musicality. You will not be disappointed with the sound of this CD player. In addition, it can be used as a digital transport if desired.
