Meitner Audio MA-1 v1 DAC - Reduced

Hello,

Up for sale is a Meitner MA-1 (v1) DAC. I'm the second owner. I've been using it in my system since mid 2014 and it has brought me great listening pleasure since that time but as with most things in audio we sometimes have a desire to try something else. I only hope that the "something else" will be as good as the MA-1 has been during my time with it.

I've had no USB related streaming issues with the various flavors of Linux I've used to date with this device. It works nicely in a driverless fashion and seamlessly transitions between anything I've tried up to DSD64 between tracks. I've not used the device with Windows so can't comment on its performance in that regard. It does have a "Thesycon Class 2" USB Driver available for those that do use Windows though.

I'm rating this an 8/10 just to be conservative. You may see some paper towel fuzz in the pictures but I couldn't find any imperfections during my close inspection of the unit.

I have the original box, remote and owners manual. The firmware has been updated to version 2.20 which I believe is the latest one available.
