High quality special order push-pull triode-wired 7 wpc EL84 amp from the truly excellent Canadian design/build firm Triode Lab. Features over-spec'd high end Hashimoto output transformers, an ANK choke and Hammond power transformer. Includes 2 Jensen Copper-in-oil and 4 Mundorf silver-in-oil coupling caps, Mundorf EVO Oil Aluminum caps for input drivers, Mundorf ECap, Furutech gold IEC, and CMC USA gold RCAs. Will ship with essentially NOS Telefunken 12ax7's, Telefunken GZ32 rectifier, and Telefunken-labelled Siemens E84L's. This excellent sounding amp features the upgraded FFX-R board (with the added Jensen caps), thus allowing the use of any type of EL84, from standard EL84 to 7189, E84L, and 7189A. Only selling because this terrific amp deserves to be used more often by someone with much better hearing than I currently have (using hearing aids).
