Spectral DMC-20 2-chassis preamp w/outboard power supply, $7200 MSRP

Without any doubt, this is one of the best sounding preamp. Excellent transparency with crystal clear detail retrieval. If you are looking to get this preamp, make sure you have a notch source unit and a solid power amp to go with it or else the whole exercise would have been moot. This preamp does not have the optional phono board so you would need an external phono stage if you are planning to use a turntable with it. If you only plan to use line level sources, this is ready to go. XLR input is set at a higher gain than its RCA line inputs so if are going to use both XLR and RCA inputs in your system, it will be a good habit to turn the volume down or hit the mute before switching inputs.

Cosmetically, the preamp is in very nice shape. Minor scuff marks from use but nothing major. Preamp will be securely packed for safe shipping.
