Have you ever wanted to try one of Elrods power cords? This is a great way to find out what the fuss is all about. Modified by David Elrod the plugs are a combo of Carbon fiber housing and Oyaide plugs to reduce RF interference and strengthen the overall structure of the cord. There is a small amount of fraying on the netting, I found when I took the cord out to examine it. It could be repaired by heat wrap or tape, but has no effect on sound or safety, and I have lowered cost to reflect the slight problem. I have taken a picture so you can see for yourself. The Elrod cords take a few days to recharge once unplugged but sound good from the start, then the magic starts.
