As-new, mint condition Border Patrol USB DAC SE.
This is the upgraded SE version with the improved power supply that Border Patrol is so well known for. I also replaced the stock Tungsram rectifier tube with a NOS Telefunken EZ80 -- made a dramatic improvement over the harsher and more lit up stock tube. I mainly used this as a USB converter in my headphone set-up and enjoyed the tube rectified SPDIF output feeding my DACs.
Bought new from the good folks at Linear Tube Audio (authorized BP partner) back in late August 2017. Presently wired for 220V but can be easily rewired for 115V with detailed diagram instructions provided by BP which will be included.
NOS Telefunken EZ80 + NOS Amperex Bugle Boy Holland EZ80 + HiFi Tuning Classic gold fuse all included along with stock tube, and shipped with tracking.
