Vandersteen 5a

Vandersteen 5A (The “A” delineation represents a significant
upgrade from the base model. I believe it was an $8000 upgrade at the time and
required the speakers to be crated and shipped to the Vandersteen factory for
the upgrade.)

I elected not to do the Carbon upgrade which was later offered
because I honestly like the sound of mine better. To my ears, these are the
best sounding Vandersteen 5s money can buy. 

The piano black finish is a premium finish which cost $2K extra at
the time of purchase. 

The speakers, like all Vandersteens, are time aligned. Each
speaker has a downward firing sub woofer so there is no need for an additional
sub woofer (a significant cost savings vs. other speakers which require a sub.)

I am the only owner and other than for the
Signature upgrade they have never left my media room.

Speakers are in Los Angeles area.  Buyer must pick up or arrange for crating/shipping.
